While specializing in App Design and Development, I’ve leveraged platforms like Figma, Glide, Swift, and SwiftUI, to create immersive and intuitive mobile applications. App design and development has been both my most challenging and profoundly rewarding skill to hone. The intricacies of user interfaces and seamless interactions have driven me to constantly push my boundaries, seeking perfection in both design and functionality.
Graphic Design is the heart and soul of my digital journey, serving as the cornerstone of my creative skills. As a dedicated DMI student, I fully immersed myself in the world of design, continually refining my craft to create visually captivating experiences. Through the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, I’ve gained proficiency in a wide range of design tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, and Premier. These versatile applications have become my canvas, enabling me to craft everything from stunning visual identities to immersive multimedia experiences. One project that truly encapsulates my passion and expertise in graphic design is ‘The Millennium Bug,‘ a magazine I carefully designed. This endeavor is a testament to my unwavering commitment to merging creativity and technology, resulting in captivating, thought-provoking visuals that leave a lasting impression.
In the Spring of 2023, I had the privilege of serving as the Social Media Officer for the Texas State Organization known as the ‘Communication Guild.’ During this role, I played a pivotal part in reinvigorating the organization’s online presence and providing a fresh direction for future officers. Armed with my creative prowess and adept Canva skills, I embarked on a journey to craft captivating social media graphics for our main platform, Instagram. These visuals not only reflected the essence of Communication Guild but also engaged and resonated with the community. It was a dynamic opportunity to apply my design and communication expertise to drive digital engagement and communicate the organization’s mission effectively.
For an entire semester, I embarked on an exciting journey as part of a collaborative team working with the Texas State Alumni Association. Together with a couple of my fellow classmates, we undertook the task of creating a comprehensive Client Portfolio, alongside generating monthly Analytic Reports for their social media channels, including Twitter (X), Facebook, and Instagram. Our mission encompassed monitoring the organization’s growth, tracking post interactions, and enhancing its overall social media presence. This opportunity not only expanded my proficiency in Social Media Analytics but also reinforced the importance of teamwork, communication, and delivering strategic insights for the client’s continued success.
